About Terrini M. Woods

I am Terrini Woods. I am SO excited you chose to explore my site!

I began my career in counseling over 20 years ago as a lay counselor (w/o degree), as a co-leader for couples’ ministry. In 2011 I pursued my master’s degree, which included group facilitation and individual therapy for persons with chronic mental health issues. I provided support services for a local group home for teen mothers and facilitated the practical application for the group therapy class at my graduate cohort.

Giving Back to the Community

After graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University, with a Master of Science
degree in Psychology, I worked for a nonprofit and a community mental health
agency that serviced a broad and diverse population using interventions like
solution focused therapy and cognitive behavior therapy, providing individual/family therapy, and I conduct biopsychosocial assessment for persons seeking counseling.

In 2014, I opened my private practice. I continue to collaborate with community
agencies, my church and community-based improvement ventures.

As a native Palm Beach County, it is my privilege and pleasure to support, work with and for individuals, families, community groups and business in this location I call home.
